Had a flat battery after a 3 weeks parking and car door will not even open and i drove in from Canada to park and fly for my vacation. The driver and the old lady on night shift were God sent. they helped made arrangement for AAA to come open the car at 2am in the morning and jumpstart the engine. wonderful customer service and very kind staff.

The Parking Spot Buffalo: I used this service back in August 2025 by accident, I was looking for the Buffalo airport parking lot but found myself at their parking lot instead. However the female staff that was on site helped me get in the parking lot with such patience I found myself apologizing for holding up the line as I was new to all this and clearly didn't know what I was doing. The shuttle service was so quick I wasn't even ready yet to get out of my car when it showed up as I didn't realize how quick their shuttle service works(top notch in my opinion and I will be ready next time). Even though I wasn't quite ready I didn't feel rushed by the shuttle gentleman, he took our luggage and loaded it into the shuttle and made sure we had everything when dropping us off at airport. They assisted me and my children with our luggage and got us very quickly to the airport so we didn't have to worry about being late for our airplane. And then when we came back home it was very easy to find their big yellow shuttle bus which still to this day makes me so happy to realize how easy it was for me to find my transportation to get me back to my vehicle. The shuttle gentleman that drove us back to my car provided the same exceptional service we received going to airport. Because of that great experience I am traveling again this month in November 2025 and I will be using The Parking Spot again because I had such a great experience with them the first time. For it being my first time flying back in August, this part of my journey was made so stress free, and I really appreciated it. I did not feel Big Betty(my car) was not safe while she was parked in the lot while we were gone. The free bottled water upon exit was VERY much needed after a long trip, thank you for providing that. Just thank you all around to everyone we came in contact with during our travels. I had a fantastic experience with Parking Spot Buffalo! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was impressively fast, I barely had to wait at all, which made getting to and from the airport smooth and stress-free. What really stood out, though, was the extra mile the team went for me. When I returned from my trip, I found my car battery had died. Without hesitation, a staff member came over and quickly jump-started my car, saving me a ton of hassle. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend Parking Spot Buffalo for their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to go above and beyond. I’ll definitely be parking here again!

It’s right across from the Buffalo international airport. The shuttles are quick to get you over to the airport. When coming back it’s not a long wait to take you right back to your car. The drivers are all very friendly and helpful.

My mom and I parked here from 1/22/2026-02/01/2026, when we got back the driver of the shuttle carried our luggage on the shuttle and off, he even cleaned the snow off of our vehicle. When we were leaving, the woman in the booth offered us bottled water. I would recommend them to everyone! This is not the first time we used them and it won't be our last! Every time we use them they are amazing!

It was easy to reserve a spot and the app was easy to use. The price wasn’t bad at all vs a taxi or Uber and leaving my car at home. Blown away by how fast I got in, parked, and the car wasn’t even off before the bus was behind me to take me to the airport! On the way back, the flight was delayed but we grabbed our bags, walked outside and a bus was there waiting! And we were late and it was well after midnight! Honestly, it was the only thing on my trip that went as planned and I am grateful for that! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

This was our second time and both times were seamless. Easy to locate and easy access in and out using the bar codes on my phone. Shuttle bus is on time and driver even brushed off the snow from our car . We got water bottles in the summer which were very much appreciated after a long flight.

Easy access, convenient, and less expensive than airport parking. Make sure you give yourself extra time to allow for the shuttle to arrive. If you’re rushing you’ll stress out waiting for the shuttle if it’s not there right away. Don’t do that to yourself, leave 20 minutes earlier and you’ll be just fine. Friendly staff and totally worth the cost.

First time using after many years using airport economy lot. This pricing was better! Clean and safe, staffed lot. Excellent, prompt transport to airport and back. Bus had my flight times and was waiting. Great experience. My new go to for parking.

This place is phenomenal. Like many of the other reviews have said, it's a great spot close to the airport and is much cheaper than the airport itself. You can make a reservation in the app and you can also track the shuttles in the app as well. They pick you up and drop you off right at your car and even carry your luggage. Everything about using them was smooth, easy, and seamless. I will no longer be parking at the airport itself but using them instead. Would definitely recommend.
